Reservation

Reservation takes effect when the booking Inquiry is filled out and sent. You will receive a booking confirmation within the next 24 h. In the booking confirmation you get information about the payment.

Two payment options

1. By bank transfer before your trip starts (arising costs for foreign transfer to be paid by the participant)
2. In Bali at the Kamafari Surfcamp in cash (currencies accepted: only Euro, USD and Indonesian Rupiah)

Prerequisite for participation

The participant explicitly declares that there are no medical reservations as far as his/her active surfing is concerned. Participants must be at least 18 years old. All Participants are required to have a travel insurance.

Liability

The organizer is neither liable for dangers inevitably linked with surfing and knowingly accepted by the participants, nor for such damage or injury caused to the participant during surfing due to the fault of other course participants; the part of the organizer is excluded. The equipment is to be handled properly. In case of grossly negligent damage and loss the participants is liable for the consequential damage.
Limitation of Liability:
The contractual liability of the organizer for damage is limited to the threefold course price; for cases in which damage to the participant was caused neither with intent nor grossly negligently.

Cancellation

The cancellation of your booking is only possible in a case of illness of the participant that obviates the execution of your trip. The cancellation must include an attached attestation from your doctor and be sent per e-mail to the Kamafari Surfcamp. Then we will retransfer the money to your bank account. Unfortunately we have to charge you the full amount for cancellations without any health-related reasons.
In all cases of cancellation a replacing participant can be provided. In this case we’ll only charge an administration fee of 500.000 Rp to be paid cash at the Kamafari Surfcamp in Bali.
